About Your Facilitator:
Gayle Lawrence
Gayle is an emergent leadership coach with decades of experience in nursing, training, and leading teams. Her journey has been driven by a passion for helping others and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by new leaders. Gayle's unique approach combines practical leadership strategies with profound inner work, guiding professionals to lead with authenticity and heart.
Gayle has held senior clinical roles, including Assistant Director of Nursing in Mental Health, Senior Clinician in Forensic Mental Health, and Lecturer at the University of Southern Queensland. Her extensive mental health and team leadership background has equipped her with the insights and skills needed to support leaders in navigating complex environments.
As a certified professional coach and mentor, Gayle has worked with leading coach training organisations such as Life Coaching Academy, Ultimate Coach Pro, and National Coach Institute and has served on the ICF development team in Queensland to facilitate the growth of coaches worldwide.
Gayle also contributes to Tony Robbins's mission of ending suffering by supporting events as a trainer. Her ability to facilitate workshops in diverse settings, from corporate environments to remote communities, online or in-person, adapting to her client needs to foster growth and transformation.
